"well, sorry to tell you Derrik, but that aint no magical creature." Ana said preparing to duel the wizard in the forest

Derrek took out his wand too. He wanted to defend himself. This time if a battle was to take place, it was for real. No one would step in and stop the battle.

"Great. Just what I wanted." he said sarcasticly.

Amy was geting worred "i dont think this is going to be pritty"

"Well maybe I should bring up some light so we can see....Lumos!" Derrek flicked his wand and a bright light formed at the tip of his wand.

"great derrik, now you just alerted what might be a potential death eater." Ana said as he grabbed Derrik's wand and said "nox" very quietly

"Sorry about that. But like I knew that!" he whispered.

"You guys do know the Patronus Charm right?" Derrek wanted to asure his safty.

"of course, learned it second year. form of a dragon." Ana said still waiting for an attack

Amy started to murmer some things in posel and noded yes

Derrek didn't know what to do right now. He was stuck in what could be his last life. His thoughts started racing on his life. He didn't want to die at the hand of a what could be a Death Eater. He still kept out his wand out.

Amy new he was scard she plased her hand on his sholder and said "dont worry we will protect you with our lives"

Ana got tired of waiting and yelled "stupefy" right as someone else yelled "STUPEFY"

"Right." Derrek said as he kept his knees and legs from shaking.

"So are we waiting for an opening or let the enemy attack first?" Derrek wanted to know the situation before he'd take a step anywhere.

Amy said "stupefy" and pulled Derrek behind her

Ana fell as Amy's stupefy hit him right in the back and a death eater came out of the woods claping "thank you" she said, for it was a woman "now there is one less goodie goodie that i have to deal with, now who is next?"

Amy sighed "now lets see stupefy!" amy said

"protego." the death eater said as the spell bounced harmlessly off the sheild "is that the best you can do??? AVADA KADAVRA!" she yelled aiming it for Derrik

"Alright then. Confundo!' Derrek yelled again. He sent a yellow speeding orb toward the enemy.

"Professor quickly! Disarm her!" Derrek's heart was racing. He kind of like the feel of a real battle. The excitment was overwelming.

Amy said "Conjunctivitis "

Once again the death Eater laughed as she said "its over look around you, do you see them? if you dont then i will tell you. right now you are surronded by death Eaters, who are poised and ready to attack." and then the death eater smiled. Ana stirred from his sleep, but still couldnt get back up. all of a sudden he heard, all around him "stupefy!" and all of the spells were aimed at amy and Derrik. Ana dove in the middle, intercepting them all and collapsing. "hero's, i hate them." the female Death Eater said

Apperating suddenly onto the scene, Raph's eyes blazed with anger as he waved his wand vicious, using his Terra Flamma spell on both death eaters.

Two of the death eaters where hit by the spell, but there were still 20 remaining. "you can not defeat us! we are to powerful!"

smiling slightly, Raphael inclined his head

"It is true that there are many of you...but to stop you, I will use every OUNCE of magic I have, even if it costs me my life!"

Calling up every ounce of magic he posessed, he recast the spell, aiming for all of the death eaters, expanding the spell so that it hit all of them.

Every Death Eater was hit by the spell, except for the original one who called out into the night 'AVARDA KADAVRA!" right as Raph's spell hit her.

Raph's eyes widened as the killing curse was shot off. He swore and dodged, the spell sailing just to the right of him and hitting one of the death eaters that was almost dead but not quite. Shaking his head, he began to assess the damage of his spell sadly. Most death eaters had been destroyed, but one or two were still alive, albeit their wands were destroyed and they were too injured to do much of anything.

Ana passed out on the grass, the 20 stupefy spells doing their damage
